Product
Pelin jewelry is mainly composed of silver, 18K gold and zircon stones, with some pieces featuring natural gemstones. Most of the ornaments are handmade. Due to the handmade nature, a small amount of glue residue may be present on some products. Please try to keep the jewelry away from water as much as possible to prevent damage.

Please note: only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.
You must comply with the terms of all agreements between you and any third-party payment processors, and if you have any disputes regarding the processing of your payment you must deal directly with those third parties to resolve the disputes. You authorize to charge all amounts to the payment method details you provide to us. You represent and warrant that each credit card or other payment method you use for payment to us belongs to you, and you have the right to charge all such payments on the credit card or other payment method.

We currently ship to the United States.
When will my order ship?
Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you.
Our standard order processing time is up to five business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Can I cancel or modify ?
Modifying or cancelling an order is always possible with The Pelin account so long as it has not yet been packed or shipped, or as otherwise permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.
To modify or cancel your order:
Log in to your ThePelin account.
Click on the Order History tab on the right-hand side.
Under Modify, select the subject of your request.
Fill out the contact form and send us your request.
Contact our Customer Care team if you do not have an Yee-len account and would like to make changes to your existing order. Our Customer Care team will help facilitate any changes before the order enters the shipping queue.
What is your return policy ?
Free return shipping is offered to customers located in United States. To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:
The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused and unaltered condition.
The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I return or exchange a order ?
You can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. ThePelin adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside the box.
Pelin does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Returns are subject to our Return Policy.

This journey began with fate. While traveling through Qingcheng Mountain, co-founder PP crossed paths with a Taoist master. Sensing the disarray in her energy, he gifted her a consecrated bracelet—blessed through sacred rites, infused with protective intent. He urged her to wear it as a shield, a harmonizer.
The shift was undeniable. Life’s turbulence began to settle. Obstacles softened. A newfound sense of grounding and clarity took root. It was a revelation—if a simple piece of jewelry, imbued with wisdom and energy, could realign her path, what could it do for others?
Meanwhile, co-founder Chloe, a graduate of the prestigious Pratt Institute, had long been captivated by the synergy of art, energy, and destiny. Her passion led her to study Feng Shui, the Five Elements, and the ancient sciences of energetic balance, bridging Eastern metaphysics with Western design. Her path, too, led her to Qingcheng Mountain, where she delved into Taoist teachings, learning how energy can be harnessed to elevate the human experience.
